更新至PHP 7.2.0正式版

撒花，总算PHP 7.2.0了。

目前完成了测试，全部调试通过。正常使用，速度上提升暂无明显感觉。

PHP 7.2.0 comes with numerous improvements and new features such as

Convert numeric keys in object/array casts
Counting of non-countable objects
Object typehint
HashContext as Object
Argon2 in password hash
Improve TLS constants to sane values
Mcrypt extension removed
New sodium extension

其中重要一点，Mcrypt已经从核心移除。
